Cover picture shows a 3D rendering of the volume of the prostate, the adjacent
bladder and rectum, which are organs-at-risk when treating the prostate. It is clear
that the concave nature of the surface of the prostate and the close proximity to the
rectum in particular, requires a concave dose distribution to be delivered. IMRT
is required in such circumstances to maximize the dose to the target volume and
avoid damage to surrounding healthy tissue.
